1. Digital Product Policy
Because our programs consist of immediately accessible digital materials, mock exams, and analytics services, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except as described below.
2. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
If you were charged twice for the same program or were charged for a program you did not enrol in, contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction with the payment reference. Verified erroneous or duplicate charges will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
3. Unavailable Programs
If you purchased a program that is subsequently cancelled by Magnus Academy before the program start date and you have not accessed the materials, you may receive a full refund.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and are credited to the original payment method. The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
